Our composite doors are available in a stunning range of contemporary and traditional styles and in various colours and finishes. There really is a style and colour to suit every possible taste.

Unlike traditional PVC, wood or metal doors, our Composite doors:

• will not warp, crack, discolour or need painting
• can achieve ultra-low U values as low as 0.9.
• have a 10-year guarantee
• use HFC Free, ozone-friendly foam for structural stability
• use fully recyclable profiles
• incorporates a 70mm profile in the outer frame
• can incorporate BFRC ‘B’ Energy Rated profile in the outer frame

Our composite doors have inner and outer GRP skins that are vacuum formed into a traditional style door with a woodgrain appearance. The sheets are bonded around an inner PVCu steel reinforced sub-frame, then injected with a high-density foam that when cured forms an advanced level of structural stability. The solid door slab is then fixed with flag hinges into a reinforced low maintenance PVCu OGEE sculptured profile. The insulated core of the door slab and insulated reinforcing in our frame allows for maximum heat retention and noise reduction. Our doors offer U Values between 0.9 and 1.5

The doors can be solid panels or they can incorporate glass, with over 100 styles available. The revolutionary TPS double glazed sealed units are Argon gas filled with low-E glass of which the inner pane is obscure. When laminated glass is used on the outer pane the doors achieve Secured by Design status.

Our doors are manufactured to PAS 24 2016 which gives you complete reassurance that your door has been manufactured to the highest level of quality and enhanced security. 30 minute Fire Doors are available in various designs and colours.

The door gearing consists of one main central lock and keep with additional upper and lower locks and keeps to provide a high-security locking system.
