All the door panels in our uPVC range comprise of two PVCu skins pressure bonded to a core material of E.H.D.F.R.A. polystyrene (extra high-density fire retardant additive) using a specially formulated adhesive that is both heat and moisture resistant. The result is a core free from CFCs. This offers a high degree of thermal efficiency and, by using our range of reinforcing options, a high degree of security.

All doors are available in various whites and a number of woodgrain finishes including Mahogany, Light Oak, and Rosewood as well as a wide range of colours. uPVC includes titanium dioxide ultraviolet inhibitor which ensures a lifetime super white finish on all white uPVC. The doors also feature Neoprene seals which perform much better than standard rubber seals as they font perish and maintain their shape, resulting in much better sealing for better insulation performance.

Glazing
Double glazing with toughened glass comes as standard. At our Clydebank factory, we have our own glass design facility where we design and manufacture decorative and stained glass. Choose from individually handmade stained glass units, handcrafted sandblasted or etched glass, beveled glass, silver grill traditional motifs or resin bevel designs, made using the most advanced technology and available in a huge variety of styles.

Locking Systems and Security
As standard, we fit the well-proven Safeware locking system. The Safeware system is a multi-point clean hook lock with shoot bolts top and bottom with 7 locking points. Door locks feature anti-drill cylinders and anti-lift blocks.

All uPVC doors feature fully reinforced frames with a fully welded construction and internal beading with toughness double-glazed glass.
