For a simple, quick costing, measure from wall to wall and top to bottom of the inside of the window or doors. We can use this information to give you an approximate idea of cost. If you are not sure of exact sizes we can arrange, for a small cost, a surveyor to visit the property and take exact sizes.

Windows and doors are between 7 and 10 working days. Conservatories and Porches are 21 working days.

As per manufacturers warranties, all of our uPVC products are guaranteed against discolouration and warping and for a period of 10 years, 5 years on sealed units and 12 months on ironmongery. All moving parts should be lubricated every 6 months to give longer lasting life.

However, in the event that something is missing, please contact support@cashandcarrysuperstores.co.uk detailing the missing item or items. We endeavour to dispatch any shortages the same day (subject to availability).

Our standard conservatories are extremely easy to erect. They come with an installation DVD which takes you through every stage of the construction process. Most standard conservatories can be easily erected by two people over a weekend.

We insure all products up to the end of delivery ourselves. We will replace and/or repair any damages at our expense. Please ensure you check your products carefully upon delivery, as no claim will be accepted unless carefully noted on delivery.

All glazing conforms to BS6202. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that safety glass is specified if required by law.

uPVC will not rot or corrode, making it ideal for all areas especially coastal applications. It is virtually maintenance free, requires no painting or treatment.

Low e stands for low emissivity. The double glazed unit has one of its inside faces lined with a special coating that lets heat and sunlight filter through, but reflects any heat trying to escape back into the room. The benefits of low e glazing are reduced heat loss and elimination of cold spots. Low e glass is available in normal float, toughened and laminated glass.

Whilst PVCu frames are virtually maintenance-free it should be noted that the hinges and mechanical parts such as locks will need regular lubrication. The frames will also benefit from an occasional ‘wipe down’. Special PVCu frame cleaners and glass cleaners are available from our trade counter.
